SPRINGFIELD, MA – A rollover truck accident Saturday afternoon, June 26, shut down a section of road for several hours in Hampden County, Massachusetts. There were no serious injuries in the single vehicle incident which occurred on Page Boulevard in Springfield, MA and leaked diesel fuel and left debris strewn across the roadway. The truck accident area is in the southwest section of the state, about 90 miles west of Boston, MA and about 27 miles north of Hartford, Connecticut.

Springfield firefighters were also at the scene of the rollover truck accident and worked to clean up and contain the diesel fuel that had spilled from the 18 wheeler.
At about 2:30 p.m. Saturday afternoon a truck driver for Chet’s Wrecking was driving a semi trailer truck on Page Boulevard in Springfield, Hampden County, MA. MONROE COUNTY, PA – A driver received multiple charges after a deadly truck accident Thursday night in Monroe County, Pennsylvania. The semi trailer truck collided with several cars before bursting into flames on Route 209 near the city of East Stroudsburg. The accident area is in the northeast section of the state on the border with New Jersey, about 99 miles north of Philadelphia, PA and about 65 miles west of Newark, New Jersey.

Local firefighters and rescue personnel responded to the scene of the truck accident and immediately provided aid to the victims and worked to extinguish the burning semi trailer.

WARSAW, IN – Three semi trailers were involved in a truck accident Wednesday afternoon, June 23, on a highway in Kosciusko County, Indiana. One of the truck drivers was injured in the three rig collision that occurred on U.S. 30 near the city of Warsaw, IN. HAMBURG, NY – A family of four was trapped in their car under a semi after a truck accident Friday morning, June 18, in Erie County, New York. The collision with the semi trailer occurred on the New York Thruway in the city of Hamburg, near the Camp Road overpass on the highway. The accident area is part of the Buffalo metro region in the northwest section of the state, about 84 miles southwest of Rochester, NY and about 85 miles north of Warren, Pennsylvania.

Emergency personnel from Hamburg responded to the scene of the accident and were later joined by teams from Scranton and Newton Abbott. The rescue team used tools to extricate the three adults from the car. A tow truck was brought in to help get the car out from under the truck’s trailer.
At about 10:00 a.m. Friday morning 50 year old Shelton Rankins of North Carolina was driving a semi trailer truck west on the New York Thruway in Erie County, NY. Mr. Rankins was driving the truck for Barnes Transportation, based in Wilson, North Carolina.

ADDISON, IL – A truck accident Wednesday morning, June 16, spilled several hundred boxes of hard liquor onto a highway in Du Page County, Illinois. The collision between a semi trailer and a box truck occurred near the town of Addison on Interstate 355. The area is in the Chicago metro region in the northeast section of the state, about 195 miles northeast of Springfield, IL and about 88 miles south of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

The impact of the collision broke the box truck open and the contents spilled out onto the roadway.

TULSA, OK – A semi truck fell off an interstate ramp onto a lower highway ramp Tuesday afternoon, June 15, in Oklahoma, spilling its load of a hazardous chemical. The truck accident occurred in the downtown section of Tulsa, OK and caused delays on several different roads and highways. The accident area is in the northeast section of the state, about 257 miles north of Dallas, Texas and about 114 miles southwest of Joplin, Missouri.

The driver was carrying 78,000 pounds of ammonium nitrate, a chemical used in fertilizers. MILFORD, CT – Gallons of diesel fuel spilled out on a Connecticut highway Monday morning, June 14, after a chain reaction truck accident. The collision involved three semi trailers trucks and occurred on Interstate 95 in Milford, CT. The accident area is the southwest section of the state near Long Island Sound, about 12 miles southwest of New Haven, CT and about 69 miles northeast of New York, New York.

Connecticut State Police responded and closed down a section of the highway around the truck accident site, rerouting vehicles to Route 1 through the city of Milford.
Shortly before 5:00 a.m. Monday morning three 18 wheelers were traveling north on Interstate 95 in County, CT.
