HOUSTON, TX — A semi truck traveling eastbound on the I-10 in Houston, Texas on Thursday, Aug 16, struck the center divider and spilled diesel fuel onto the westbound lanes..<\/p>\n

The accident occurred at around 3:30 p.m Thursday afternoon as the 18 wheeler was traveling east on the I-10. The westbound lanes were blocked and Hazmat crews arrived on the scene to cleanup the spilled fuel.<\/p>\n

The eastbound lanes of Interstate 10 near McCarty Lane reopened at around 5:00 p.m. the same day, according to Houston TranStar.<\/p>\n

No details of any injuries were released.<\/p>\n

The incident remains under investigation at this time.<\/p>\n
