A semi truck rolled over onto its side while trying to avoid a crash in slow traffic on the northbound I-65 near Indiana Highway 26 in Lafayette, IN on August 7, 2013.<\/p><\/div>\n
The accident happened on Wednesday, August 7, at about 6:45 a.m. on the northbound I-65 about a half mile north of Indiana State Highway 2<\/p>\n

The trucker was identified as 42 year-old Jeff Price, from Joshua, Texas, who was slightly injured in the accident. A passenger\u00a0 traveling in the sleeper at the time was also injured.<\/p>\n
The passenger was identified as 43 year-old Goree Lyn Carr, from Dallas, Texas, who suffered a shoulder injury and had to be transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.<\/p>\n
The refrigerated truck was contracted from CR England Trucking Company and was hauling food items for General Mills at the time of the accident.<\/p>\n
The incident remains under investigation at this time.<\/p>\n
