Port Arthur is located in Jefferson County, Texas in the southeastern part of the state on the Gulf coast on the border with Louisiana.<\/p>\n

The accident occurred around 9:43 a.m. on State Highway 73 on the Rainbow Bridge in Port Arthur. There were no other vehicles involved and no one was injured.<\/p>\n

The big rig’s fuel tank was punctured in the incident causing a fuel leak that lead to the closure of the bridge for hours.<\/p>\n
