JACKSON, MS – A semi tractor trailer truck hauling a cargo of raw chicken pieces flipped over Saturday morning, November 20, on a highway in Hinds County, Mississippi. The truck accident occurred on Interstate 20 near the border line between the city of Clinton and the state capital of Jackson, MS. The accident area is in the central part of Mississippi, about 211 miles south of Memphis, Tennessee and about 185 miles north of New Orleans, Louisiana.

On Saturday morning an unidentified truck driver was driving a semi trailer truck through the state of Mississippi. JACKSON, MS – Morning commuter traffic was stalled for hours last Thursday after a jackknife truck accident in the state capital of Mississippi. The single truck accident happened on Interstate 55, between Woodrow Wilson Avenue and Lakeland Drive in Jackson, MS. The area is in the central section of the state, 209 miles south of Memphis, Tennessee and 187 miles north of New Orleans, Louisiana.

Emergency personnel from Jackson responded to the scene of the single truck collision. The truck driver was stabilized and then transported to nearby St. Dominic Hospital.

At around 2:00 a.m. Thursday morning, March 11th, a truck driver for G & C Trucking was headed southbound on Interstate 55, hauling a load of boxed frozen chickens. HATTIESBURG, MS – Two men died from injuries they received in a multi-vehicle truck crash southeast of Hattiesburg, Mississippi in Forrest County. The truck accident happened Tuesday afternoon on U.S. 49 North near the Camp Shelby Military Training Site/Hagler AAF. The region is in the far south section of the state, 90 miles southeast of Jackson, MS and 110 miles northeast of New Orleans, Louisiana.

Two men suffered fatal injuries in the truck accident and were pronounced dead

The first part of the truck accident happened at approximately 4:20 p.m. Tuesday, in the area between the north and south gates to Camp Shelby/Hagler AAF. The initial collision was between a Dodge Charger and a Honda Accord. After the impact, the Accord went off the highway on the right side of the road and the Charger ended up in the median that separated the two lanes of the highway.
