WHEELING, WV – One driver was killed in a fiery truck accident Friday on a highway in Ohio County, West Virgina. The fatal collision between two semi trucks occurred on Interstate 70 in the city of Wheeling, West Virginia. The truck accident area is near the border with Ohio in the far north central section of the state, about 30 miles west of Washington, Pennsylvania and about 50 miles east of Cambridge, Ohio.

Early Friday morning on September 17, 58 year old Ronald Kiser of Fayetteville, WV was driving a semi trailer truck on Interstate 70, traveling through Ohio County, WV. It is not known if Mr. Kiser was carrying a cargo at the time or the trucking company he represented.

SISSONVILLE, WV – A rollover semi truck accident closed a highway for a couple hours Wednesday in Kanawha County, West Virginia. The single truck accident occurred on Interstate 77 in the town of Sissonville, just north of the Charleston, WV metro region. The area is in the southwest section of the state, about 75 miles south of Marietta, Ohio and about 122 miles northeast of Pikeville, Kentucky.

The truck accident left the tanker lying across all northbound lanes of the interstate.

At around 9:00 a.m. Wednesday morning, June 9, an unidentified truck driver was traveling north on Interstate 77 in Kanawha County, West Virginia. HARRISON COUNTY, WV: One person was injured Thursday morning, May 6, 2010, in a semi truck accident in Harrison County, West Virginia that closed the highway for several hours. The truck driver and a passenger were traveling on State Route 20 when the one truck collision occurred just south of the town of Romines Mills. The truck accident area is in the north central section of the state, about 45 miles south of Morgantown, WV and 250 miles west of Washington, DC.

West Virginia State Police and local emergency personnel from nearby Anmoore, Stonewood and Nutter Fort quickly responded to the scene of the truck accident.

At around 10:30 a.m. Thursday morning truck driver David Pigott was driving south on Route 20 in Harrison County, West Virginia. The truck driver’s son, David W. Pigott, was a passenger in the truck at the time. The semi truck is owned by Harco Trucking based in Shinnston, WV. WHEELING, WV – An early morning truck accident in Ohio County, West Virginia left one person dead and the truck driver facing charges. The fatal accident happened Tuesday morning, April 13, 2010, on Interstate 470 when a truck lost two of its wheels near Wheeling, West Virginia. The accident area is in the far northwest corner of the state between the borders of Ohio and Pennsylvania, 127 miles east of Columbus, OH and 59 miles southwest of Pittsburgh, PA.

The Wheeling Fire Department responded to the site of the truck accident and worked to extricate the driver from the mangled car. Mr. Ruskowski was pronounced dead at the scene.
