Author: SPRINGFIELD, OH – A semi tanker truck collided with a special needs school van carrying adults, killing four and injuring six. The accident happened at about 12:40 p.m. Thursday on Interstate 70 eastbound just west of State Route 40 in Clark County, Ohio.
