Author: KILLEN, AL: A teacher’s aide was injured in a truck accident Wednesday night in Lauderdale County, Alabama. The truck collision happened on US Highway 43, in the town of Killen near the Tennessee border. The truck accident is the third in the last week in the area which is 113 miles south of Nashville, TN and 128 miles northwest of Birmingham, AL.
The trailer truck crossed over the highway, left the road and plunged down a 150 foot embankment.
